How to shop in Aronia Vitarona online store
To purchase products in the Vitarona aronia online store you do not have to register. You can purchase our products as a guest, but registration will facilitate your next purchase of our products, because you will not have to re-enter your information, but only log on to the website by clicking the link "Login" at the bottom of the web page.
Buying in our shop is very simple - select the desired product and put it in your cart, and complete the purchase by entering your personal information, which will confirm your order.
At any time, you can check what products are in your cart, by simply clicking on link "Your cart" which is located at the bottom of the web page to open the overview and prices of all products that you have selected, and the cost of delivery. When viewing your cart, you can add / remove products from the list or continue to buy.
Payment methods
If order is to delivered in Croatia, ordered products will be paid on delivery, when receiving a package. Your order arrives by Croatian Post to your door.
If order is to delivered in European Union countries, ordered products will be paid py PayPal and despatched after the payment is made.

By completing your purchase, ie. confirming your order, you confirm thaty you have made an order of products in Vitarona aronia web shop.
You will receive a notice of the order confirmation to an e-mail address you provided when ordering.
Delivery costs
Products you order are delivered to the address you specified during the ordering process, by Croatian Post, at delivery cost according to the price list of Croatia Post.
The delivery cost is determined by the total weight of ordered products.
Free delivery: All orders that are to be delivered in the City of Zagreb whose total value of ordered products exceeds 100 HRK are delivered free of charge, with our vehicle!
Complaints and Returns
All Vitarona aronia products are thoroughly inspected before packaging then and handing over to Croatian Post.
Products can be returned only in the following cases:
- when you receive the products that you did not order
- when your order arrived in a damaged condition that caused the damage to the packaging and the content of the product.
When receiving your order, do not accept it and sign for its receipt if you immediately notice the damage to the packaging. Refuse to accept it and immediately notify Vitarona aronia about it.
If after opening a package that is not damaged you discover that you were sent wrong products, you must return them within a maximum of 48 hours and inform us about the problem. We will send you correct products at our own expense within a maximum of 3 working days.
If you yourself made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, we will not replace that products.
Our web store displays product images. Our packaging constantly improves, so photos of the product may be for a short time different than the new look of the product, until we publish new photos. You can not return products for that reason - we will not accept such complaints.
